Terms & Conditions

By using Hapirest Travel’s services, including our website and booking platforms, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or inquiries.

 
1. Services Offered

Hapirest Travel provides:

  • Chauffeur services for airport transfers, city tours, and intercity travel

  • Customized tour planning and execution

  • Travel consultation and itinerary assistance

 
2. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be confirmed through our website or authorized representatives.

  • Full payment may be required prior to service delivery. Payment instructions and terms will be specified during checkout.

  • Prices may vary depending on seasonal rates, vehicle type, itinerary complexity, and customization.

 
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellation by Customer

    • You may cancel your booking at any time; however, a cancellation fee may apply based on the notice period.

    • If you cancel at least one (1) day before the scheduled travel date, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the travel date may not be eligible for refunds.

    • All refund requests must comply with our refund policy and must be submitted in writing to our support team.

    Cancellation by Hapirest Travel

    • In the event that we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, operational issues), you are entitled to either:

      • A full refund, or

      • An alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.

    • Refunds will be processed and issued within 15 days of the original service date.

4. Chauffeur Service Use
  • Passengers must comply with all local traffic laws during transit.

  • Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or safety concerns.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.

 
5. Customized Tours
  • Final itineraries are subject to confirmation, availability, and external conditions such as weather or government advisories.

  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility accommodations) must be communicated in advance.

 
6. Data Protection & Privacy
  • Customer data is collected in accordance with Thailand’s PDPA and our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information will only be used for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.

  • You may request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting us directly.

 
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Hapirest Travel is not liable for delays or cancellations due to external forces including traffic, weather, or public safety issues.

  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during travel.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

 
8. Third-Party Partners
  • We work with vetted third-party providers (chauffeurs, hotels, tour guides).

  • We are not responsible for damages arising from services delivered by third-party providers unless directly arranged or supervised by us.

 
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Thai law.

  • Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Thailand.

 
10. Updates to Terms
  • Hapirest Travel may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
